If you recieve a product from anisajewelry.com/Anisa Stewart Designs not to your liking we will gladly refund you within 2 weeks of  receipt of your order and the reciept of the item to Anisa Stewart Designs in the same quality that it was shipped to you. We will also gladly exchange it for something of equal value. We understand that buying something over the internet is not always the easiest thing to do and we take great pride in our craftsmanship as well as our customer service so we are open to constructive critiscm. Anisa Stewart Designs will polish and refurbish the metal on your jewelry once a year to keep you looking good in our jewelry for the cost of shipping ($8).
