At Anisa Stewart Designs we want you to be totally thrilled with your piece of jewelry and to wear it for a lifetime. We will polish and refurbish your jewelry at no extra charge once a year, all you have to do is pay the shipping back and forth to the studio. The leather attached to the metal is a natural product and will wear over time, please send back to us and we will replace the leather and the clasp for a $30 fee plus shipping. The non-tarnish sterling silver has an alloy in it from turning black but as all jewelry does, will dull with lotions and body oils, a polishing cloth with buff it shiny again. We take much time to polish our bronze pieces to a high shine but bronze will darken and dull over time and get a rustic look to it. A polishing cloth will buff it back to it's original polish but may need some elbow grease as it's a very hard metal.
